Opening a bank account in Australia can be difficult even for a local.  For a new arrival it can be almost impossible.

You may not be able to fulfil all the prerequisites to open an account.  If you do, then it can take 5 to 7 days for the bank to provide you with a bank card.

We will do all the administrative work for you and have your bank account all ready for when you arrive in Australia.  All you need to do is walk into a bank branch that you elect prior to your arrival and pick up your bank card.

You can use your bank card the day you arrive in Australia.




We will arrange for your TFN for you.

A TFN is a unique number issued by the Tax Office to individuals and organisations for identification and record keeping purposes. Without a TFN all employers are required by law to withhold the top marginal tax rate of 48.5% from payments they make to you. This is usually much more than needs to be withheld. You want to make the most of your wages earned during your stay in Australia.  You need a TFN



To use a mobile phone in Australia you need a SIM card which logs you on to a network.  You can’t use your mobile without it!  Our Virgin mobile SIM card provides you with a total of AUS$115 credit, with $35 of initial credit and $20 of credit a month for four months.  There are no contracts or extra charges.

In the event that your mobile phone won’t accept a SIM Card or you just require a mobile phone in Australia we can include a phone in the package.  Our phones are all prepaid which means no charges or contracts.

We also provide information booklets on Australia and the State you will be living in.  Inside will be a MAP so you know where you are going as soon as you land in Australia
